Welcome to the waterfront community of Ottawa Pointe, located just 40 minutes from Grand Rapids on the beautiful 177 acre Pettit Lake. This stunning new development will feature over 100 acres of dedicated open space with miles of trails. Summer Dues;

As in past years, the summer dues will be sent on, or about, June 1st.  The due date is July 1st.  The per lot amount will be $175 HOA, $150 Road, and $250 Sewer (if you have this connection), as discussed in our meetings. 

You can pay your dues through the mail as you have done in the past.  You also have the option to pay your dues using a charge card, or ACH, through the community’s website.  Just click on the bell next to your name at the top of the home page.  As with most things, there is a small fee to use a charge card or ACH.  When using a charge card, or ACH, the HOA receives your payment much quicker.  The funds go straight into our operating account. Mailing your payment is fine. There is no requirement to use a charge card or ACH.  Our goal is to give you options to make things easier for you to make payments.
